  • Cosmetic botox or fillers should be done 2 weeks prior or 2 weeks after.

  • DO NOT consume alcohol, caffeine or take any blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, Niacin 48 hours before your procedure, this will cause excess bleeding and may affect your results).

  • You may come in with how you normally draw in your brows so I can see what you are used to.  This is especially important for clients who desire a specific brow shape. If you are open to suggestions, I am happy to help design a custom brow to personally suit you.

  • You may experience hypersensitivity and more pain around or during your menstrual cycle.

  • For added comfort please feel free to ask any pharmacist for EMLA which is a numbing sollution you can apply prior to the appointment to make sure you are even more comfortable. Apply it to your brows and cover brows with saran wrap for 60 min before your appointment. You can use the remaining EMLA prior to your touch up appointment (should you need one) This is not necessary however for some nervous clients, it is comforting.

  • We will not be able to tattoo over any blemishes, sores, and moles in or around the brow area.

• Rinse the treatment area with warm water, wipe or neutral soap (baby’s) by using cotton pads, after that apply a very thin layer of Skin Candy (pawpaw cream, vaseline, etc).

• This procedure shall be repeated 3-5 times a day to prevent the scab formation.

• For post-treatment care use only provided cream. Please do not use any other creams except the ones provided to you in order to prevent possible infections or allergic reactions.

• The healing process takes 3-7 days and is different with each client.

• Apply aftercare cream given to you by us 3-5 times a day.

• No makeup close to the treatment area.

• The treatment area may appear uneven, dry, itchy, tender, red & irritated. It is normal. These symptoms will dissipate each day and vary on an individual basis.

• Avoid public bathing, sunbathing, tanning salon, sauna, beauty treatments, intense training accompanied by sweating (sport activities) and contacting with the dust (household chores, etc.)

• Avoid laser treatment over the treated area (Fraxel laser, IPL), because they can destroy the pigment and cause burns.

• The use of antibiotics and hormonal therapy can lead to a faster fading. Always protect the treatment area from the sun.

• The healed colour will be less dark.

What to expect after your brow tattoo appointment

  • Do not expect your brow tattoos to heal perfectly after the first session. This can be a 2 step process. It takes time for your desired result. Be patient during your healing process your brows will change and appear different from day to day.

  • Immediately after your procedure brows will appear darker and more defined and this will last up to 2 weeks . Your brow tattoo can appear more solid, hair strokes may seem to disappear and it may look painted on.

  • Around days 4-5 you will experience flaking and your brows may look dry. DO NOT PICK your brows, let any dryness fall off naturally. If flakes gets picked off prematurely missing hair stokes will result and cause patchy brows which can lead to scarring.

  • Your brow tattoo will take up to 4 weeks to fully heal. When the flaking comes off the hair strokes may seem faint this is because a fresh layer of skin has healed over the brow tattoo. Give your brows a few weeks and the hair strokes will become clearer.

  • You may experience itchiness in the brows after the 10, this is normal.

  • Not everyones hairstoke brows can heal clean and crisp. Hairstrokes for oilier skin types tend to heal more solid and powdery while drier skin types tend to heal more crisp and defined.

  • Those who bleed more may tend to need more touchups as the blood pushes the pigment out while we tattoo.

Lip Blush

❌ Treatment cannot be done whilst pregnant, breastfeeding or in your period.

❌ No alcohol, caffein, drugs and medicines that contain blood thinner ingredients 48 hours before the procedure.

❌ No sunbathing or spray tanning 30 days before the procedure please.

❌ Lip fillers should be performed BEFORE your procedure. This is because if you have your lips tattooed before and then decide you want lip fuller this will stretch your lips and the tattoo will become uneven. It is best to get filler prior and wait 4 weeks for your lips to heal from that before getting lip blush.

❌ Your lips WILL swell after the procedure and sometimes stay like this for 2-3 days. Please keep this in mind. This is normal and some people swell more than others. This does not effect the outcome.

You MUST take coldsore prevention medication before your procedure. Even if you have never had them before.

Quite often getting lip blush will bring out coldsores after the procedure is finished if you do not take medication for this it can get nasty. This can be avoided by taking something to prevent them from arising.

Please if you get coldsores regularly or a few times a year, consult with a doctor first and get proper prescribed medication to help while healing.

  • Avoid booking on your menstrual cycle.

  • Please come with no makeup around your lips.

• Takes 3-7 Days (Complete process takes roughly 6-8 weeks)

  • Your lips will lighten and soften in colour. You will need to wait at least 6 weeks to see the true colour.

  • 2 hours after your appointment wipe with a damp cotton pad to remove any fluid. Use boiled water that is warm/cold.

  • Keep your lips and the area clean after eating to avoid infections.

  • Until scabbing is complete, NO makeup or skincare products ON or CLOSE TO your brows. Keep a 1inch gap from your brows.

  • DO NOT touch, rub, pick or scratch the scab! Doing so may cause scarring, or prevent the saline from removing as much pigment as possible.

  • While the area is scabbing, DO NOT apply any ointment or balm on your brows, or covering.

  • Avoid sweating, swimming pools and bodies of water. DO NOT soak your face underwater or allow the shower to spray directly on your face for 2 WEEKS.

  • Once the scabs have fallen off on their own, you may begin to apply a high quality oil or ointment 3x DAILY. Vitamin E OR Bio-Oil are great options. No other creams of chemicals should be applied.

  • Keeping up with your ointment application for 4 WEEKS.

The skin may appear pink or discoloured for a couple of weeks before returning to its original shade. Sometimes pigment had spread underneath the skin may rise to the surface before coming out completely. Is this case it may appear the tattpp has "bled" to surrounding tissue. This is all part of the process and can be addressed during future sessions if needed.
