BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

COSMETIC TATTOO BOOKING POLICY
This applies for all Brow Tattoo procedures as well as Lip Blush
ALL booking deposits for Microblading, Combo, Powder Brows and Lip Blush are non-refundable.
Your deposit will be carried over if cancelled within 72 hours (we need time to fill your appointment). This also applies for your touch up appointments. If failed to do so this will cause in your deposit to be forfeit. This also applies to sickness/if you come down with a cold.
Once booking these services you agree to all cancellation policies outlined when booking.
DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE HAD PREVIOUS BROW TATTOO. (Please email instead) If you book an appointment and you have had your brows tattooed previously and they can not be done for some reason your deposit will be forfeited.

ALL OTHER SERVICES BOOKING POLICY
All beauty treatments need to be changed or cancelled within 48 hours or you will be required to pay the full amount before re-booking.
Deposits are ALL non-refundable, even if you decide you no longer want your treatment.
IMPORTANT! - COVID T&Cs
In situations where we are in lockdown, your deposit will automatically be moved and carried to your new appointment or saved on your file. If you do have to stay home / isolate because of covid this will not include your deposit being moved, unless 72 hours notice is given. You MUST provide us with a NEG Covid test before we reschedule your appointment for your deposit to be moved, otherwise full payment of your appointment will be required (no less then 48 hours for this situation).
Please understand this affects us as a small business and we need to put these policies in place to avoid last minute cancellations which are really damaging to our business.
